I would highly recommend working with Home Avenue to sell your home. I just closed on my property and the process was super simple. I went with the Showcase offering and have no regrets. The communication with the office, getting my home on the market, pictures for the MLS and the scheduling service to set up showings was all super easy! I had an offer on my house the first week the house went on the MLS!

This the way to go when selling your house! My agent was very patient and knowledgeable. Efficient in measuring, prompt with comparables. Why anyone would use a percentage-based realtor is beyond me.

Home Avenue has been great to work with. I have successfully closed 23 properties using their service to advertise them on the MLS. I've never had any problems with them.
