We are so incredibly fortunate to have had Kate’s help in selling our condo. Steven and his team were a pleasure to work with during the sale of my home in South Boston. Steven has deep knowledge of the local market, was very responsive, and provided sound advice throughout the sale process - from start to finish. One complicating factor in my situation was that I had already moved several hours away from Boston before putting my home on the market; so I was concerned that logistics would be a hassle. Steven's team was incredibly helpful in this regard, coordinating all the logistics (staging, de-staging, inspections, cleaning, etc.) which made the process so much easier and pain-free for me - I couldn't have done it without them. I highly recommend Steven to anyone looking for a realtor and would definitely work with him again in the future when buying or selling a property.
