Had a good experience listing our home with entry only New England. In this market today, it is not hard to sell your own house because when it comes down to it, it goes over to attorneys right from the beginning and you can save yourselves a bunch of money. Sometimes I found this site somewhat difficult to navigate. It has a little bit of quirks where you can only add so many pictures to it at a time, but Darin was super helpful when I ran into problems and got back to me almost immediately. We listed our house on a Monday and sold it in six days. We had 2 open houses on the Saturday and Sunday and accepted Sunday night offer. I would highly recommend the upgraded listing you get more photos people love to see the photos of the house. What we saved by not using a broker we were able to bid more on the house that we ended up purchasing. You can do it have confidence!

I've just completed my second successful real estate transaction using Entry Only New England. The experience has been great and I would highly recommend doing this if you are willing to put in some extra work to save a lot of money. I sold my home in 7 days and accepted an offer over asking.

We saved more than $34,000 and sold our house in less than 2 days thanks to this wonderful service. Darin was helpful and immediately responded to any questions we had about listing our home. We hired a professional photographer and uploaded those pictures to the form provided by Darin. We filled out a simple form with all the info needed for the listing. Our listing appeared on MLS the same day we submitted the form and it looked better than most other listings on the page. We had 5 over-asking offers less than 48 hours later and recently closed on our home. The process could not have been easier or more seamless. Though we did welcome buyers' agents, we can see no benefit to using a seller's agent.

I've sold my two previous homes myself, so the idea of taking pictures, writing a description and showing the property didn't concern me at all. The online forms provided were simple and straightforward, and Darin was very responsive when I needed to update listing information.
