I seldom give a 5 star review for anything, but Hilary deserves exception. Professional, friendly, and efficient .From initial walk through, suggestions on curb appeal and inexpensive interior improvements..... right up to open house, dealing with the buyers realtors, and the final smoke alarm inspections. She made what could have been a stressful experience very easy for me as a home seller. Highly recommended!!!

We were lucky to have friends recommend Hilary Dunlavey to us years ago! We actually just finished our third real estate transaction with her and I wanted to share why I think she is so great! Hilary is very patient, knowledgable and responsive. When she helped us find our new home, we could tell she always had our best interest in mind. She wanted us to find the right fit for our family. Also, a couple of years ago she helped us sell our home over Memorial Day weekend - we were worried that we wouldn't have a great turnout with it being a holiday, but Hilary went above and beyond to make it happen. She priced it just right, and we ended up having a very successful sale. I can't recommend Hilary enough!

We worked with Hilary to find our first home. She was professional, friendly, and great at guiding us through the process. We were new to the Boston metro, and she helped guide us to neighborhoods that met our needs and fit our budget. She was also very responsive and quick to react during the entire process. Hilary has a deep bench of professionals that she connected us with during the process for home inspection, closing attorney etc. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I feel so blessed to have found Hilary as our realtor! No wonder all her reviews are 5 stars!!! We live in California and worked with Hilary to buy a home in the Boston area. Not only is she so pleasant to work with but she is so on top of EVERYTHING! We had to do many video call and texts since we were on opposite ends of the country but Hilary made it effortless! She is so accommodating and proactive. She made herself always available even with the time difference and my husband’s very busy work schedule. She is not only an amazing realtor but she is a great reference for the process of getting a mortgage, inspections and everything in between! We were helping our daughter and son in law and Hilary worked around the schedules of 4 people and my son in law’s many work trips. This is the 4th home we have purchased and I have never worked with such a fantastic realtor before. She is incredible! She also tells us that her services does not end when the home is purchased and to reach out for any assistance afterwards. So gracious!
