We are writing a second review after completing another home purchase with Katie Chevalier. As was the case during our first purchase, Katie and the team of people she works with were exceptional in closing our purchase in just three weeks. The whole experience from offer to acceptance, inspection, mortgage procurement, to closing went completely seamlessly. She guided us perfectly to an offer that was accepted by the sellers against multiple bids. Her knowledge of the market truly made this happen. She goes above and beyond to assist on every inquiry. 4. The most important for me and my wife, Susan never pushed us, she quietly waited and gave us time to think and take decision. 5. She, made us to trust her, you think buying a condo for the retirement is a stressful event, but working with Susan it became very normal event, because it is the trust she build with people. 6. Her company should “clone” her. 7. Thank you Susan, you helped us to fulfill one of our dreams to buy a retirement condo on the beach.

Andrew McKinney is exceptional. We’ve worked with him now on multiple purchases and our latest sale on the south shore. He is knowledgeable, patient, genuine, and measured. Katie Chevalier from Donnelly & Co. is outstanding. She has a deep understanding of real estate, the current market, and prioritizes her client relationships above all else. It was important for my husband and I to work with a realtor that we trusted and Katie was our answer. She is reliable, confident, and a clear communicator. She guided us through the home buy process keeping good momentum without rushing us and maintained a level of enthusiasm with all parties involved (even our inspector raved about her)! We still stay in touch with Katie 8 months after moving into our new home. Our experience with Katie felt less transactional and more like the start to a budding friendship. My husband and I cannot recommend her enough!

Beth Damon is the best broker I've ever worked with over the past 20 years. She's not only helped me locate/acquire exceptional investment properties in Boston, but also is my go-to broker for my rentals - keeping them 100% occupied throughout the years with great tenants.
