Darnell did an EXCELLENT job representing me throughout the rental process! He is extremely professional, timely and communicates well. His attention to detail and expert recommendations were added value! His ability to stage my rental with professional photos, coordinate showings without me present and tap into his vast network of colleagues in the profession allowed me to be completely hands off. In addition, he was able to secure a tenant for me within 45 days in the middle of a tough February winter! I strongly recommend Darnell for any needed real estate services small or large!!

Darnell was an amazing realtor, and I would go so far as to describe him as more of a sherpa for my wife and I, two first-time home buyers. Beyond doing some aimless searches on real estate websites, we had no idea how to approach the entire process of finding a home, or what a mountain-like trial it could be. Indeed, it was much more in-depth than finding a place to rent! Once we connected with Darnell, the journey of buying a home became apparent. Initially, it felt like an overwhelming ordeal, but Darnell's flexibility in pacing our house hunt, as well as his wealth of knowledge and connections in the space of realty, made the task of finding a place to own and call home incredibly easy. As new buyers, we did not know what we didn't know, but we had Darnell's vast experience to draw upon. Several times he called things to our attention that we would need to consider, guiding our decisions but not forcing them in any one direction. The best part of this was that Darnell was with us the entire way, and it really did feel like we were on a close-knit team. We could not recommend Darnell enough. If you're a first-time home buyer, Darnell is the perfect person to guide you through this momentous part of your life. It may seem daunting, but he will make it the easiest experience possible (and some of the most fun you've had as well!).

Our experience with Darnell was absolutely more than what we could have ever imagined. My husband and I were slightly stressed knowing we had to find the perfect home for our children but Darnell took the weight off our shoulders and made sure he did what it took to find the right home for our family. Darnell was extremely attentive and made sure he learned our likes and dislikes from the very beginning.
