I recently worked with Teddy to rent out my unit for the first time, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Since this was my first time as a landlord, I had plenty of questions, but Teddy was incredibly patient and responsive. He is young, energetic, and proactive, which made a huge difference in getting the unit on the market quickly. Teddy handled all the legal forms with ease and took the time to explain every detail so I felt confident in what I was signing. He addressed every request I had and ultimately found fantastic tenants for the unit. We had a great experience working with Teddy. We were coming from the Southeast, knew nothing about Boston, and needed to find a rental for our daughter starting graduate school. It felt overwhelming, but Teddy made it easy. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, showed us different areas, and guided us every step of the way. He was patient, responsive, and never made us feel rushed. We found the perfect place in a location we never would have considered on our own. Teddy truly went above and beyond for our family. Highly recommend if you’re looking in the Boston area.

My first piece of advice: if you’re looking for an apartment, use an agent. It will make your search 1000x easier, and chances are you’ll save money in the long run. Great. Now that we’re on the same page, my second piece of advice: use Teddy from Century 21 Cityside. Teddy has been incredible. The second we started working with him, the stress of the search totally disappeared. He took the time to learn exactly what we wanted, constantly found listings that fit the bill, and advocated on our behalf to negotiate the best price. He was consistently honest about the quality of each listing, and didn’t fluff anything just to the move the process along. It truly felt like his priority was to get us exactly what we wanted, and he was prepared to search for as long as it would take. He knows the market so well and ultimately helped put us in our dream apartment. Throughout the search, it felt like we were his only clients (spoiler alert: we were not). The attention he managed to give us, from answering questions right away to even picking up our security deposit on a Saturday night, was so impressive. He made the search a breeze, and clearly possesses a combination of passion for real estate and people that makes him a pleasure to work with. He gave us total peace of mind throughout the process, and we would not hesitate to use him again. Thanks Teddy!

I just recently bought my first home and I truly would have quite one week into the process if it wasn’t for Lynzie. She is very knowledgeable and approachable, making the process much less overwhelming. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
