Wendi Cole helped us find our dream house in 1 day! We had a few hours to find a new home due to an out of state move. She set up every house we wanted to look at extremely quickly, helped us critically think through which one would be best, took us to lunch at a family friendly spot since we had our kids, and put together an offer the next day which was accepted in this tough market where houses are selling within hours. She spent days after our offer was accepted ensuring our requested outdoor fireplace addition and walk through requests were completed. She was with us every step of the way, was patient, positive and a pleasure to spend time with. We loved her!
