Working with Krista & Justin was an absolute pleasure! Their knowledgeable insights into the Wichita, KS real estate market gave me confidence in my investment. They both went above and beyond, making the real estate process smooth and stress-free from shopping to finance to close. Krista & Justin have a "trunk of knowledge" overflowing with experience and solutions; this team specializes in helping out-of-state buyers find the right home. I was living in Gilbert, AZ during Covid when real estate prices tripled; Sadly, after two years I came to the conclusion that it was time to relocate due to the inflated market in my native city. I started researching the closest market to AZ with affordable real estate and I discovered Wichita, KS. Prior to my relocation, I had four friends relocate to Wichita. They all said the same thing. "It's like living in Gilbert, AZ but not as hot." I've had many ups and downs during the process but on 9/22/25 I closed on my dream home. Thank you so much for helping me find my new home. Thank you for all the videos and the countless phone calls about the Wichita market. Shopping from another state is not easy but you folks made it seamless. I could not have done this without you, and I am eternally grateful for your expertise, kindness and patience.

I cannot thank Justin, Katie and Krista enough for helping us sell my folks home. They were the absolute best to work with. This was a long, drawn out process & they were extremely helpful and patient in working with us thru it all. Their knowledge, commitment and respectfulness is top notch.
