Can't say enough great things about Bobbie and her whole team! Helped us buy our new house and sell our current house. Communication was impeccable! We had an awful experience with the realtor buying our first house. This time around, we went with Bobbie and her team. We would always get immediate responses about questions we had and houses we wanted to see. They responded whether it was early in the morning, throughout the day, or late at night. Lana with Bobbie Lane is the absolute best. She has spent an incredible amount of time showing and reshowing properties, listening to repetitive questions we have had for each builder and driving all over to meet us. Her patience is outstanding! Her quick return on communication as we are out of state and have had many questions has been great. We are looking forward to continuing our relationship with her as we find the perfect home.

Bobbie and her team made our family’s first home purchase so easy and enjoyable. We started by giving her our must-haves, wish list, budget, areas we loved, and areas we wanted to avoid, and she immediately got to work. Every weekend we were out at open houses and sharing feedback with her, and she still managed to squeeze in private showings all over town for us. What stood out most was her knowledge. At every house she pointed out things we never would have noticed (potential future issues, neighborhood considerations, and little details that could turn into big problems down the road). Our first offer didn’t work out, but Bobbie handled the situation like a pro and helped us navigate pulling the offer.
