Working with Erica and the whole Midwest Fresh Homes Team is always so smooth. They are very communicative which helps everything go so much better. Each one the team members are hard-working, dedicated and truly advocates for everyone they work with; starting with the client and following all the way through to the closing. When purchasing my most recent home, I was told to ask for Samantha with Midwest Fresh Homes by a friend. I have purchased homes in the past and the reality process has been brutal, but this was a complete 180! She was professional, accommodating, and listened to my desires in a home. She found me the perfect place in my desired side of town AND within my budget. She also made the monotonous paperwork process extremely easy to follow and painless.
