I honestly can't say enough about Kansas Home Guys. Don Hamm was with me from beginning to end and never once made me feel like giving up on me was an option. He came in with a fair price and never flinched, even when things on my end got complicated. Life happened, and him and his team just rolled with it — no pressure, no attitude, nothing. They made me feel like I actually mattered, not just like another transaction. If you're on the fence, just call them and ask for Don. I truly don't know what I would have done without him. He stuck by me and I will never forget that. Thank you Don and the whole Kansas Home Guys team, from the bottom of my heart. 🙏

Don and the Home Guys are fantastic. The appraisal was a good deal for us. But the real game changer was the flexibility of sell now , move later. Don was patient and accommodating We viewed at least a dozen houses , some several times. Even had a few contracts where bidding wars pushed the price out of our comfort zone. Don stuck with us till we found our dream home 🏡 Finally , we were able to take a couple extra weeks to move . Thanks to Don and the Team the stress was much less than the normal selling process of open house and viewings.

the home was an older home but had been updated and was well kept. There is a full size ice hockey game in the house! The yard needed some attention though

Don Hamm was a pleasure to work with! Honest, fair and transparent from the get go. We sold our final rental property and closed in less than 30 days from the date of offer. They really mean it when they say "as is" and almost no closing costs. Wish we would have worked with them on our previous rentals when we were ready to sell. Yule was also great when we met him at closing. Both are great guys who are legit. I wouldn't call anyone else if you are in the market to sell your property. We spent thousands in realtor fees and closing costs in the past few years. Kansas Home Guys are the most streamlined team we've ever worked with. Thanks, Yule and Don!

Highly recommend. Answered all my questions and made offer exceeding my expectations. No pressure tactics and honest and professional. Would definitely do business with them again
