Best Realtor in Wichita!! Jemmima was a Godsend at a time when I needed to sell a rental of mine in a quick manner. She got busy right away and within a week had a cash buyer. I had been toying with the idea of selling it to one of the "TV guys" for much less, but Jemmima convinced me she could accomplish the same time frame and get a much better price. She was not wrong! It was a delight to work with her as she kept me informed throughout the entire transaction of what I needed to do to conclude the sale. I highly recommend Jemmima for any RE transactions a person is pursuing. She will make it a very straightforward and easy transaction!

Jemmima has been so good to me, she is very understanding and patient. She helped me find the best home for me and my family regardless all the challenges we had. She was with me through the whole journey guiding me and encouraging me whenever I felt like giving up. Through the process I found a sister who understood my situation even without telling her. Selling a house can be a very stressful experience, particularly when doing it from a distance as it was the case for me. I had been trying to sell my house unsuccessfully for over 3 months with another agent when Jemmima took over and was able to secure an OFFER on the FIRST DAY she put it on the market. From the moment she took over, I was really at peace and unlike my first experience, I no longer had to make multiple trips to KS as she had EVERYTHING CONTROL. She pretty much had connections with everyone we needed at every step of this process. When the first and second sales failed through, I was ready to give up and even sell at a cheaper price to investors, but Jemmima didn't, she kept on fighting and was able to secure the final offer and sell the house. Jemmima went above and beyond providing me information about the house I was purchasing here in TX, while collaborating with my local real estate agent to coordinate both sales. This woman is really kindhearted and I never felt that this process was about how much money she was going to make but I really felt that she cared about my needs. She was always available when I called or call me right back when busy and she did amazing at keeping me up to date with everything throughout the entire process. She even followed up post sale. I could go on and on about her, but I just want to say that highly recommend this woman to anyone and wish her all the best in all she does. She is a trooper!!!!!
