Derek and the At Home team are top notch! They are exceptionally military and veteran friendly. Their commitment to conservative values (especially honesty and integrity) is evident throughout the entire home buying process. I have been blown away by Derek’s commitment to continue to reach out to previous clients (via newsletters) to keep us informed on community events, housing trends, etc; as promised, when we signed with his team, they have continued to be ready partners even after the sale.

I have used this real estate firm to both buy (3) and sell properties (2). Jake H was my realtor and couldn't ask for better! In selling, was direct and practical in what I needed to do to make sure my property sell at a less than ideal time of the year (Holidays). The last property sold the first day it was on the market! Highly recommend.

I have been through the home-buying and selling process with Derek Walden multiple times here. He and his partners are nothing short of amazing. He is classy, considerate, professional, and respectful. He is in this business for the right reasons. Every interaction has begun with him centering around my personal wants/needs and branching out from there. My current house had multiple offers when I was acquiring it and he assured me from the beginning that he would make sure I ended up in it. He stayed true to his word and this house has been perfect ! His negotiating techniques and calm, but firm demeanor are exactly what is needed. I will only work with Derek in the future, if I happen to ever move.
