We went with Hatch as we were planning a move from across the country, and we cannot recommend Taylor enough. He is absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire process, which for us took over an entire year due to the job market. While we were in another state, he would record houses that we were interested in and give his opinions both in the video as well as in his followup emails after he digested his thoughts more. This was extremely helpful as we learned about the Denver metro market. In person, his excellence is even more apparent. He learned quickly what my husband and I were looking for in the fine-tuning of our wants/needs, and was extremely quick with any questions, comments, or concerns we had about anything. His patience, professionalism, expertise, communication, and dedication made everything extremely seamless and stress-free as much as possible. As buying a house has a lot of steps, he also helps you keep on task and on time with the process, which is a big help for those of us who are neurodivergent. Taylor helped my wife and me sell our mountain home in Summit County and purchase a new home in Lafayette, Colorado. Selling the mountain home came with plenty of challenges due to the buyer’s agent, but Taylor handled everything with incredible professionalism and calm.
