We worked with Dan while searching for our first home in Denver with some pretty narrow search criteria, and I genuinely can't recommend him enough. Dan was incredibly flexible and never made us feel like an inconvenience when we needed to see something last-minute. But what really set him apart was his background working on homes and his deep knowledge of Denver neighborhoods. He could walk through a property and give us a real read on what was quality work, what would need attention down the road, and roughly what things would actually cost to fix, and what that all meant in the context of the neighborhood. During the process, Dan encouraged us to see more homes than we'd planned, not to drag out the process, but because he wanted to make sure we really knew what we wanted and what we didn't. Looking back, that was exactly the right call. Dan had a way of keeping things light and making us laugh at just the right moments without ever losing sight of what we needed. When we hit some unexpected bumps along the way, none of which were Dan's doing, he kept showing up and working through them to make sure we got the house we wanted. That kind of steady, low drama problem-solving under pressure meant everything. We highly recommend working with Dan!

We worked with Dan while relocating back to Denver and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, he really understood what we were looking for and quickly honed in on the neighborhoods that fit us best. In a slower market, there were times we felt tempted to settle just to move things along, but he never let us compromise on our core must-haves and we’re so grateful for that now. His expertise goes far beyond the surface. He helped us think through big-picture items like roof condition, sewer lines, and structural considerations, being honest about potential issues in homes we liked. At the same time, he pointed out opportunities and potential in others we might have overlooked; a perfect balance that kept our options open! He kept us focused, informed, and confident throughout the entire process. We’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell, just be prepared for him to be annoyingly right most of the time!

As a new comer to the Denver area RGD has a great concept. I initially found them while searching for a temporary rental property not expecting to find a great real estate sales group as well. All aspects of the experience went very well from the initial check in, home search, purchase, and finally rental checkout. Their team is helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We had an exceptional experience working with Joaquin. We moved to Colorado from out of state. He spoke with us over the phone before our move to get a clear understanding of what we were looking for. From start to finish, the communication was excellent — always quick to respond and clear with every detail. He was flexible in his availability for showings and gave honest feedback about the benefits and downsides of each property we looked at. What can I say, Dan is great. He really knows his stuff, he has a background in Engineering, so he likes to look at trends and spreadsheets and really knows the math behind what makes a good real estate investment. He negotiated for the sellers to replace our roof for us, and was very hands on with the entire process. He was extremely responsive and willing to do showings at times that worked around our busy schedules. He also has a wide network of contactors for literally anything you may need to do for a house, and is a wealth of information. He has experience doing renovations and can spot a shoddy job a mile away. Truly the best realtor experience we've ever had. And he's funny. You guys should work with Dan. ALSO, he offers short term rentals for people to use if they're relocating to the area while they search for their long-term home. We're a military family moving from Germany, so this was an absolute perfect set up for us. We rented an adorable, well appointed, and fully furnished bungalow from Dan while we house hunted, and he ended the rental contract with us immediately upon closing on our home purchase with no fees, and pro-rated for the partial month.
