We loved working with Jonathan on buying our first home. Jonathan made the process as painless as possible for us, and I'm not sure I can say that we did the same for him! We put bids on two houses, both with very quick turnaround times. Jonathan was flexible and happy to take the time to make sure they were submitted in a timely manner, which is necessary in the Denver housing market. Jonathan was patient and honest with us when he had concerns, and aggressive with sellers when required--it led to us ending up in a home we couldn't have imagined getting before working with him. Jonathan and his team are amazing to work with! They helped us with the purchase of our high-end LoDo condominium back in 2017 and then did a fantastic job supporting us in the sale of the condo in April of 2025. Jonathan's knowledge of the market (all backed with extensive data) and his ability to pre-market very successfully got us to an offer within a week of going live on the market.
