We worked with Sarah of Precision Homes Real Estate to buy and sell at the same time. During what can be an extremely stressful time with lots of moving parts, Sarah kept us calm and collected and always knew where every piece of the puzzle lay. She made the entire process go smoothly, all while encouraging us with her constant upbeat attitude. Sarah took the time to get to know our needs and suggest houses that would be a good fit for our family, and she made every showing exciting and fun! She is knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, but her expert knowledge of the crazy Denver real estate market was especially helpful to us. I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah to anyone looking for an honest, kind, fun, and talented broker!

We worked with Sarah at Precision Homes to purchase our house in Centennial, after relocating back home to Colorado. Although we had lived here before, the market had changed in the Denver area so drastically it was a bit overwhelming. Sarah was able to provide insight about the evolving market and made the entire process easy! Our lender was equally impressed with Sarah as well. We would highly recommend her to any of our family and friends. She is our go-to to person for any of our real estate needs!

I recently had an opportunity to work with Precision Homes on a real estate transaction. They were very professional and understanding during the entire process. I wish all real estate deals were this easy. The work they did on an older house was inspiring as well. They took great care in making the house updated while keeping the look of the neighborhood. I would recommended Precision Homes to clients in the future if the opportunity arises.

The quality of work was evident throughout the home, and their responsiveness and timeliness in helping to fix any last minute issues was incredibly helpful. Robert represented my interests well in a recent real estate transaction. He has integrity and is well experienced in the greater Denver-Thornton area to assist and guide the home buyer, seller, renter or landlord. Robert knows his stuff and I'd rely on him for real estate matters.
