Jenny Apel did a fantastic job in selling my home. I knew that trying to sell my home after moving out of state would be difficult. In addition to no longer living in the area, I had rented it out for short term rentals which added several hurdles to the process. After interviewing three realtors, Jenny seemed to be the best choice. I was not disappointed. Jenny went above and beyond my greatest expectations in so many ways! First was pricing appropriately for the area. Jenny knew the area my house was in and the unique design and features of the home, to be able to price it right for the area. I knew the house was above average for the area and Jenny was able to list it that way and succeed in getting the right price for it. Next was navigating offers. Jenny was a pro at dealing with buyers and agents, getting the best price and communicating with me every step of the way. Jenny knew local experts in all areas that we needed to contact as we went through the selling process once we had a contract. Jenny helped with the last phase of presentation for buyers walk through (after an estate sale to empty the house out) and communication on closing details. Even after the closing Jenny helped with a couple of details that had to be wrapped up by someone local. If you are looking for a realtor to sell your house (or buy one), you can’t do better than Jenny!

If you’re thinking about buying real estate, USE JILL AND HER TEAM!! We’ve been her clients for over a decade with raving succe$$. We had a difficult transaction in our latest sale due to unforeseen circumstances and Jill rolled up her sleeves and got it done. The buyer had several demands and she navigated me through with ease and grace. Her team staged our home so beautifully, we almost wanted to move back in!! She’s got a knack for finding the right solutions and extremely knowledgeable in getting us to the finish line. She is very communicative and gives options on how to proceed with the transaction. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

I had a very unprofessional experience with Rachel Finn during a recent real estate transaction. After exercising my contractual right to terminate the contract based on inspection findings, I asked my broker to review the communication between the agents. In that conversation—which included my broker, the seller’s agent, and the buyer’s side—Ms. Finn called my decision “slimy” and made comments that felt directed at my family. She also said she would advise her sellers not to release my earnest money, even though my termination was fully within the contractual inspection period. She later told my broker she needed to “take a beat,” but never apologized directly to me. I am including screenshots of the exchange so others can see the communication for themselves. I will be contacting her managing broker, James Keith, regarding this behavior. Buying a home is stressful, and professionalism and respect for clients—and their families—matter. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend working with agents who uphold these standards.

Elizabeth Clayton was great to work with and helped me get a wonderful small home in West Highland which I didn't think I'd be able to get at first. She was responsive, helpful, kind, knowledgeable of the area, and looked out for my interests as well as the seller's in a dual agency transaction. Highly recommended.

Jill did a marvelous job for us. She went above and beyond what a realtor needs to do to sell our home. We were out-of-state sellers and relied on her trusted recommendations. Jill used reliable and professional help in keeping the yard looking nice and the house presentable. I appreciated her staging techniques as they complemented our home beautifully. Jill works well with her staff, and in turn, her staff worked well with us. We were able to call at any time and get prompt information from Jill or her staff.
