Wonderful experience with Pete. He helped me find my first home, which I’ve thoroughly enjoyed. Throughout the entire home search process, Pete took the time to understand what I was looking for. And more importantly, Pete didn’t try to just sell you on whatever was available. He provided an honest assessment of each home we toured. He definitely had my best interest in mind and discussed with me the pros and cons of each house. It really took the pressure off of feeling like you were forced to make a decision to buy something. Instead, I knew I was getting the best advice from somebody who knew the business so that I could make the best decision for myself. Thank you again!

Peter Psotny got my house sold for more than the asking price and sold fast! I'm talking just under a week fast! Peter got me taken care of quickly and easily! He's very straight forward and knowledgeable. I highly recommend doing business with him! If I ever get a chance, I will do business with him again!!

Working with Pete was Awesome! He didn't miss a beat, faithfully sending new homes daily, checking with me just to see how repairing my credit was going and when I was ready oh it was on we seen houses every weekend for a few months. Then when I found what worked best for me Pete made sure he did everything in his power to get me in negotiating, calling, updating and now I am in my first home!! Pete is great at what he does and makes you comfortable in the process from beginning to end.

Peter went above and beyond our expectations. This was our second home buying experience and our first in Colorado. The market is very different and we did not know at the time just how helpful Pete's expertise would be for us. He had great insight on the different neighborhoods, listened to our wants and needs in a home, was very real about what we should offer for a place and proved himself to be the knowledgable, not just about processes, but the structure and integrity of a home. On many occasions (and there were many) he proved to have our best interest in mind. We always felt protected during every step, and we are now in a home that we absolutely love. If you are looking for real estate in the Denver metro area, Pete is your guy.
