Mike is the agent you want on your side. He is patient, good humored, but don't let that fool you - he is a great negotiator. We recently worked with a firt time home buyer together who was relocating from Utah. Mike showed him several areas and ended up writing an offer on a great place in East Denver. Below asking offer, 100% of buyers closing costs coming from seller, and a Home warranty negotiated after inspection. This for a home that wasn't even on the market more than a week. Through it all Mike lead his buyer exactly where he needed to be and did it with a smile the whole time.

Mike Bruce is a realtor that truly understands Colorado and Colorado real estate. He has so much insight when it comes to home buying and selling, tips to help you sell or purchase the home at a lower price, and he is extremely well-connected. Whatever you need to get your home ready to sell - a new roof, a new sewer line, an exorcist - Mike will have an excellent person to handle it for you. Mike is also a very responsive realtor, always communicating and making sure you are updated on the status of your situation. Mike Bruce is the best realtor in the Denver metro area and really the Colorado front range for that matter. The guy and his amazing team sells dozens of houses a year from condos downtown, Family homes in the suburbs, and estates in the country side. After my first experience buying a home using Mike as my real estate agent, I'm looking forward to future purchases with Bruce Homes on my side for the best home purchasing deals in town!
