Berenice and Alejandra were amazing helping us sell our home in a buyer’s market. They were helpful with advice on how to stage it for photos and for open houses. Everything they promised they delivered. All marketing material was accurate and professionally put together. They were always available to discuss strategy and were flexible to adjust to any changes we wanted. After we accepted the offer and throughout the closing process they helped us understand all the steps, they were present for the appraisal, and made the closing a breeze. I highly recommend them.

Berenice is the only reason we could sell the property sitting in another city! She is amazing and thorough. She helped list, clean, get staged, addresses inspection related repairs (which saved us $6k), completed all the paperwork, and most importantly, marked the property (including weekly open houses in December through the holiday season). Not sure anyone could have done more… in my 15 years of experience, no one has come even close to doing so much to help sell the property sitting. If you are serious about selling your home, get Berenice to help and you’ll not have to worry anymore!
