Heath came to our home and spent a lot of time with us. I loved how transparent and friendly he was. We truly enjoyed our visit. He gave an offer and after many weeks, we chose to not go with the company, but to rather fix up our home ourselves, instead. The choice was based on our needs to make enough to purchase a home where we are moving and that alone. We probably would have taken the offer otherwise. This company was always honest, respectful and transparent with us, something that I really value, so I can, hands down, recommend them if you need to sell your home quickly and it has needed repairs that you just can't afford or are incapable of doing yourself. We worked with Andrew, to sell our house and we were impressed by the professionalism, communication and ease of working with them. We had to move quick, not having the time to upgrade, no time to list with agents and pay for all the services other companies will require. Andrew was awesome with answering our questions, working with our time line and giving us the time to move with out the stress of moving out in one day. The process was painless, stress free and made our move so much more easier. I could not be happier with Matt and his team at We Buy Houses!!! I remember calling and they were able to schedule a walk-through the next day and to me that meant everything! I had moved out of my house and had been running it out for two years during that second year the renter stopped paying and began causing serious damage to the property I had already been through this with one renter before so I was beyond stressed and so worried about what I was going to do. There was significant amount of damages and the mortgage was past due. I had looked at putting it on the market and realize the fees were huge and I would walk away with nothing and possibly still owed the bank money! When Matt came out the next day I instantly felt comfortable and fairly certain they were the guys that would buy my house! After they completed the walk-through we chatted for a little bit and they took time to understand my situation. By the end of the day I had an offer that I was happy with. I explain to them that I had already scheduled some other companies to come take a look and he gave me some unbiased advice in key things to look for when these other companies were doing their walk-throughs. Long story short I went right back to Matt let him know that we could definitely make the deal happen three weeks later I’m closing on the property it took a little longer because the mortgage was past due and I had a lien that needs to be dealt with but on their end everything was super quick and they communicated with me what seems like every day but I guess it really was only every other day LOL!!! I have already referred people to them and I could not be happier with the outcome I had with Matt and his team!!! I had an amazing experience with We Buy Houses! We had our home on the market for a month and it wouldn’t sell or keep under contract. We originally thought they were a scam you know? Who can afford to buy houses cash?! Well happy to say they were the total opposite and life savers! They came to our home next day and did a walk through. Saw the potential we see but can’t afford to do! They gave us a cash offer at the end of the tour that we couldn’t deny as it literally paid off all our debts and the house itself. Now we are set on moving into our new home and closed today with no strings attached. They handled everything through their title company which was amazing to. I showed up to the closing, signed the paperwork, and they wire transferred the money in 4 hours! Great experience and would definitely recommend to everyone that was in my situation.
