I'm always extremely excited to see Joel, Ashlee, or any of the team at Stone Gable on the opposite side of a transaction. They have been a staple for realtor professionalism in the community and I would be comfortable selling my own home with them (If I wasn't a realtor myself!!!). Great communication and organization, but also happy to help guide others in the industry also.

Eric Councill was referred to me by a good friend, and now I refer him as well. Eric helped my purchase my home, and was there every step of the way. He's incredibly knowledgeable about homes, and offered great advice to a first time homebuyer. My home buying experience with Stone Gable was excellent, and Eric answered all my questions. He always has your best interests in mind, so you walk away feeling great about your purchase. I will be recommending Eric to anyone who asks me for a realtor.

Working with Eric council was one of the best experience we've ever had with a realtor. He made the home buying process easy, any questions or concerns that we had he was always the first to address it. With every decision we made he always made us feel like he had our best interest in mind. I have been working with Eric for a little while now. I am a mortgage broker located in Denver and I have had many conversations working with him about problem solving for clients but one event stood out to me. I had a client working with another realtor but we needed some very specific help with a community. Eric went out of his way to help the realtor I was doing the deal with even though, Eric was not helping the client. Eric's advice helped my client and the realtor help navigate the purchase even better. Eric always has everyone's best interests in mind in a transaction and as a human.
