Me and my husband truly cannot recommend Ashley Blasius enough! As first-time home buyers on a short timeline and purchasing sight unseen, we had to put an incredible amount of trust in her, and she absolutely delivered. From the very beginning, Ashley took the time to explain everything to us and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. She made sure we understood each step, answered our many questions with patience, and made what could have felt overwhelming seem completely manageable. Since we weren’t able to see the home in person, Ashley went above and beyond by taking detailed photos and videos, walking us through every inch of the house, and giving us her honest, professional opinion so we could feel confident in our decision from miles away. Her communication was constant, clear, and reassuring. Because of her dedication, thoroughness, and expertise, we ended up with a home we absolutely love, and that’s entirely thanks to Ashley. What truly sets her apart is that her support didn’t stop at closing. Even after the sale, she has continued to check in on us to make sure we’re doing well and still happy with our home. That level of care speaks volumes about who she is, not just as a realtor, but as a person. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and genuinely invested in her clients, Ashley is the one. We are beyond grateful for her and would recommend her over and over again!

Harv and team were recommended to me by a friend, and I must say Ashley was absolutely amazing. She was not the first realtor we have worked with, but will absolutely be the last. She really made us feel like she had our best interest at heart and we were just a price tag to her. I could not recommend her enough. ALL of my friends and family that ever look in the area - i know exactly who to send them to. I wouldn’t even consider going to someone else at this point.

My husband and I were recommended to go with Ashley, and we were so happy we did! With this being our first home, we had a lot to learn, and questions for her. She was so patient, kind, generous, and knowledgeable of the area. We ran into some hiccups along the way, but Ashley jumped on it, and made sure the experience was as positive for us as it could be! As a first time home buyer there was so many things I didn’t know about and I had a million questions. Ashley Blasius took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I completely understood everything that was going on and that I was 100% comfortable during the entire process.
