Brooke was a consummate professional who offered in depth and detailed advice and guidance during our search for a new home. However, unlike others, she also brought a genuine warmth and authenticity to our experience which was refreshing. We were new to Colorado and she made us feel welcome and supported.

Working with Brandi was the best experience a new home buyer could ask for. She went out of her way (daily) to help me look at houses in my budget. She spent hours organizing showings around my work schedule, and on more than one occasion, spent the entire day looking at houses with me. She cares very much about providing top notch customer service and it shows. Her and her husband have a busy family life, but they always take time to answer questions and respond quickly, even on the weekends. And if all that was not enough, Brandi even saved my closing by covering the very unexpected extra mortgage payment my lender failed to communicate to me about. She took the situation from an extremely miserable and stressful one to a happy, successful one. I would recommend Brandi and Bill and everyone at InTouch Home Team to anyone.

Bill, Brandi, and team are wonderful to work with! They helped us get our house market ready and sold, while meeting our goals of timing and return. They made the process of selling smooth and as stress free as possible. They are extremely reasonable and knowledgeable when it comes to getting your house market ready in order to return the most on your investment. We felt we couldn't have been in better hands throughout the process.

Brooke is amazing to have worked with us from overseas as we bought a home sight unseen! She has been kind, patient, and very accommodating with the time differences. Even when she was sick or on vacation she took the time to get us the things we asked for! No hesitations. She has made us feel secure in our decisions, guided us through the process with ease, and made this life changing process of buying our first home so much more relaxing than could have ever been imagined!
