Holy cow is the team the best ever!!! Massive shout out to Deanna for being so caring and understanding of real-life situations. She provided realistic solutions and was incredibly responsive to all communications. If you have a choice, choose Springs Homes for Rent! A++++ 10000% would recommend!

As a homeowner, I couldn’t be happier with the experience I’ve had working with Springs Homes for Rent. Their team is incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to work with. We've had a home listed with them for over 3 years, and it has been nothing but a good experience. I especially appreciate the expert consultation and practical advice they provide throughout the process. Whether it was prepping the property for rent, handling a repair, or navigating tricky tenant situations, their guidance has always been spot-on and reassuring. They have always taken care of small fixes and maintenance issues quickly and efficiently, often going above and beyond to make sure everything was done right the first time, staying in communication, and providing very reasonable costs. Issues have always been addressed proactively and with great care. Even when we have called in as owners, our concerns are met with quick solutions that take into account our perspective and the needs of the tenant. I wholeheartedly recommend Springs Homes for Rent to any homeowner looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful property management services. And, knowing how well they have taken care of our tenants, addressed their concerns and gotten things repaired or addressed quickly, I recommend them for renters, as well.

Springs Home for Rent is clearly the best property management company we have worked with. Deanna was fantastic to work with and was everything you look for in a manager; friendly, responsive, proactive. I had such peace of mind that our house was being taken care of.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I used Springs Homes 4 Rent to rent out a home I own. Deanna neglected to read the HOA rules and allowed the tenants an unauthorized build on a balcony. The tenants had to remove the build, and I asked that the tenants be reimbursed for their expenses ($300) due to Deanna’s error. The owner, Jennifer and I agreed that Jennifer would personally manage my property and any repairs would be approved by me before being done. When the tenants vacated the property, Jennifer took it upon herself to replace a set of sliding door vertical blinds, without my permission or approval. She used Home Depot’s most basic ill fitting blinds ($15-$25) and withheld $250 from my maintenance fund to cover them. Hmmmm… kind of makes one wonder. AGAIN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I rented with Springs Homes for Rent for a year and that are a fantastic rental company. Quick responses to all of my maintenance requests and questions and Deanna and Julia were so kind and easy to communicate with. If you are considering renting through them, do it.
