We had an excellent experience with Brooke Mitchell handling both the sale of our previous home and purchase of the new one. She was very flexible for viewing homes to fit our schedule and did a great job finding homes that met our criteria. We would definitely hire her again.

Brooke Mitchell was a fabulous real estate agent. She worked with us from long distance, and she went up and beyond by facetiming me at every house we looked at. Purchasing a home in Colorado Springs was delightful with the help of Jennifer at Springs Homes. She was very dedicated and extremely knowledgeable about the market, various neighborhoods, and what would be appropriate for me. Though she is extremely busy she always made time for me and gave me her full attention and personalized service. I also appreciated her office assistant Michelle. Joe and Jennifer were our realitors when we bought our home in 2000. They went above and beyond, so I turned to them in 2015 to help me with property management of my home when I moved out of state. So, of course, Jennifer was my choice when I finally decided to sell my home earlier this year. I was a little nervous since this is my first time selling a home, and doing it from out of state to boot. Now comfortably settling into our retirement home, we couldn’t have had a better experience with the find, buy, move, and sell phases of our relocation thanks to the absolutely masterful work done by Jennifer Boylan with Springs Homes. We have worked those 4 relocation phases 4 times in our life, with both an international and local move being done with Jennifer and Joe as our realtors. The move from Europe to Colorado Springs in 2000 was complicated, and the Internet was just beginning to play a role in real estate buying and selling. Even then Springs Homes was at that forefront. Fast forward to 2025, and Springs Homes remains at the forefront with a beautiful and extremely informative website that not only does an excellent job of showcasing properties throughout the Springs region, it provides insightful analytics, various reports, and easy to use tools, all of which is very helpful with developing a depth of knowledge of the economy and its effect on the local real estate market, etc. Accompanying these resources is Jennifer’s personal depth and breadth of knowledge of the COS real estate market, to include builders, neighborhoods, traffic patterns, areas with problems not widely known like foundation problems with some homes in the foothills, etc. All derived from decades of experience in this area. She very confidently steered us in the right directions, providing insight into the full spectrum of pros and cons of every property we showed serious interest in.. Since we were looking for a retirement home, we looked at the full gamut of this entire area from Monument to the north to the Broadmoor to south. We found this sort of guidance not only beneficial, but very reassuring. Her mantra of 'don't stress until I tell you to' resonated occasionally, but she never had to tell us to.. We found and love our forever home, and the entire process could not have gone more smoothly. From soup to nuts the 4 phases could not have gone better. We found our house in a few weeks, used the bank Jennifer recommended, moved on time, and sold our other home to the first buyers that viewed it. The fast sell was in part due to the fact that the feel of the Springs Homes overall model and website is one of such high quality, it not only beautifully supports the higher end homes, but homes in the median ranges of the various areas. It does this very seamlessly while giving the property you're selling a feel of character and quality. Professional photography to include drone shots is yet another advantage. This caliber of guidance comes not only from her knowledge and experience, but from the fact that Jennifer and Joe are genuinely two of the finest people my wife and I have ever met. We feel grateful to know them both, and without hesitation, give them our highest recommendation.
