Selling a home is never easy but Zane Whitfield made the process very easy. From the minute we signed up with him, until we closed on the sale of our home, he kept us in touch and informed every step of the way. There were some major bumps along the way, (not his fault at all) but he was a very calming influence as we all worked through it for an excellent outcome. We had another agent for 1 year who couldn’t get the job done, but within 6 months of switching to Zane, he had our house sold. Don’t even hesitate to use Zane Whitfield to sell your home or to help you buy one. You won’t be sorry.

The last house Zane sold for me was in 2019. I have come to depend on him for all aspects of home sales as he has successfully sold 4 properties for me. Need I say more? He has shown himself over and over again to be knowledgeable, dependable, ethical, and willing to hold my best interest as priority.

Wow, we were amazed by how kind and helpful the Virgil Team was with us. My wife and I came in as first time homebuyers, and Annette and Blake were awesome in guiding us through the process. They made sure that we were aware of things to watch out for, both when looking at the homes as well as well dealing with the paperwork side of homebuying. The Virgils were patient and kind with us, and made a stressful homebuying experience much more tolerable. They even pointed out potential trouble spots that we otherwise would not have considered; proving that they were putting our best interests ahead of everything else. Our experience with Zane was excellent. Not only is he a great real estate agent, but even after we were under contract, he made sure that everything went smooth with no hiccups.

It was wonderful working with Zane, he found the perfect home at the right price, in a very short amount of time. I would highly recommend Zane if you are seeking a really good realtor.
