What can I say about Denae, If you’re still debating whether Denae at House Hunters should be your real estate agent, I admire your commitment to unnecessary research. Go ahead and stop, hire her, hire her now! Let’s rewind to October 2025, also known in our home as “Denae Day.” We were gearing up to sell our home and move out of state, while the agent who helped us buy the place was living his best life somewhere in Italy. To his credit, he left us in very capable hands by pointing us toward Denae. Now, if you’ve read the reviews or attended one of her open houses, you already know she doesn’t just “show a home”, she produces an event. We hadn’t experienced any of that yet. What we did experience, however, was something far more valuable: immediate, rock-solid trust. Working with Denae isn’t a service; it’s a partnership. The kind where you quickly realize she’s already three steps ahead while you’re still figuring out step one. Questions? Answered. Concerns? Anticipated. Tasks you didn’t know existed? Already in motion. The best way to describe her approach is hospitality-driven. She doesn’t just sell your home; she truly manages the experience of selling your home. It’s thoughtful, proactive, and at times slightly unsettling how on top of everything she is (in the best possible way). Of course, every real estate journey needs a bit of excitement; we hit a snag. The kind that keeps you up at night replaying worst-case scenarios. Denae knew exactly how much it mattered to us and, while she couldn’t magically erase the problem, she did something arguably more impressive: she made the solution obvious, manageable, and far less stressful than it had any right to be. End result? We felt supported, informed, and, dare I say, spoiled. Bottom line: if you want a real estate agent who is equal parts strategist, host, project manager, and mind reader (with just enough flair to keep it interesting), go schedule your Denae Day!

Buying my first house with Jerry was by far the easiest and exciting experience I have ever had. His level of customer service and professionalism are above and beyond anyone else who I dealt with. I would message him late at night with a question or advice and would respond quickly and answer any questions I had. He came to every appointment and meeting there was during the entire process. I was so pleased with his performance and expertise I introduced him to multiple friends who all thanked me afterwards. He still stops by or messages me to check up on how we are. Highly recommend.

As first time home buyers, Jerry made the process of buying our home comfortable and stress free. He had so much patience with us, answered all of our questions, and even showed us houses for a year before we were even qualified to buy. Jerry is the absolute best! We recommend him to literally everyone we know that is even thinking of anything related to houses.

We enjoyed working with Jerry and Derra to sell our home and build a new home. They know their stuff and made everything easy. Jerry did a great job keeping us up to date on the progress of our new build. On top of that they are just super nice people. It was a pleasure working with them and I highly recommend them if you are selling/buying a home.
