Solid, trustworthy and professional property management company. Jonathan knows a lot about rent control laws and is a very savvy with tenant issues of all types. My family has trusted Jonathan for a long time to manage 4 of our families properties and does a great job communicating with me and answering my questions. Professional and Friendly I am a tenant and have lived at my place for over 3 years. Jonathan has always been responsive and professional. I love that I can pay my rent online and even submit maintenance requests online. My water heater was turned off by mistake once and workers were out the same day-checking it out and fixing it.
