Highly recommend Kayla and her team! Kayla was very affectionate and always wanted to do more to show my parents house. Kayla is an immaculate professional! Let me tell you… I wasn’t an easy client. It took me 3 years to finally buy a home. But that didn’t stop Kayla. She was there with me every step the way, touring properties anytime I asked, answering every email within an hour, thoughtfully reading through and summarizing disclosures to make it easy for me to digest. I’m a pretty analytical person and Kayla was the perfect partner for me. The most impressive thing she did was negotiate an additional $50k off the asking price for the home I eventually bought.
