I had the great pleasure of working with Kenny back in 2014 to help me buy my home. He has a great team that helps answers all of your questions and to work around your schedule for inspections and getting quotes on bids. We we're bided out of a quite of few homes (even the one I'm in now) but used his skills as a realtor to work with the seller to still accept my offer. Give Kenny a call and you wont be disappointed. Its about time for me to give him a call again as I'm getting ready to buy but waiting on finding that perfect house!

Kenny helped me purchase my condo in Oakland. It was my very first purchase and I wasn't sure about the process. However, Kenny was able to move fast and help me get the place. His team also help me navigate the paper works and figure out the loan. The process went smoothly thanks in big part to Kenny.

Kenny was super responsive, organized and knowledgeable in getting my home sold. He knew how to attract buyers to my home and offered advice wholeheartedly, without hesitation at any time. Kenny lives up to his name of "fast agent" as he works hard to get sellers and I'm sure buyers results.

I have just good words for Kenny and also his coworker Mayuri. When I wanted to sell my apartment in Oakland I had several realtors coming and most of them were looking how to market themselves - pricing very low so that many customers come and they would be handing them their business cards promoting themselves. The only person who agreed with me exactly on my pricing was Kenny. Professional, fast and very good at estimating the market situation. Would recommend highly.
