We worked with Derrick to buy our first CA house and it was a wonderful experience. He was with us every step of the way, offering advice, guiding us through the process and negotiating hard on our behalf. He was always timely in his responses even when we reached out with random questions super late. He helped us learn a lot about the home buying process and was a huge help post purchase as well, connecting us with the right handymen and contractors for different jobs around the house, not to mention the extremely thoughtful and useful gifts he and Aziza gave us. Derrick helped us to buy our current home. He was very responsive in addressing any questions about the property. He helped us to find the right terms for a winning contract. He also helped with all the steps and procedures necessary for closing the purchase on time. Derrick also helped us to find an investment property. He guided us through all the process, from setting up the goal and return of investment strategy, to narrowing our search, identifying the sometimes hidden pros/cons of each property we visited, to preparing a winning contract and closing on time.

Derrick Gardner is amazing ! Mr. Gardner assisted me with my first real estate purchase, and he made it one of the most exciting and enjoyable times of my life. Derrick is so personable, extremely meticulous, professional, and Knowledgeable. He carefully explained everything every step of the way, and broke down the process, so I was always confident with signing all of documents, attending all inspections, and closing on my home in a timely fashion.
