I turned to Ullon when I decided to sell my Triplex which had been in our family for decades. I have watched Ullon sell other properties over the last few decades and know that he would be an excellent choice to handle this important transaction for me. He handled every detail of my transaction with care and made the process much less stressful than I thought it was going to be. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Real Estate Broker who is excellent at valuation, he was essential and went the extra mile on many occasions including researching historical property information that helped my CPA calculate my tax basis and tax liability. I highly recommend Ullon, who is my go-to Real Estate Broker of choice!

Ullon was invaluable in our journey to buy a house in Piedmont. From the financials to the neighborhoods and inspections, he made significant contributions and helped us understand each step of the process. I also get the impression he was pulling for us behind the scenes with other brokers and title companies, which led to a great deal and a home we are very happy with.

Ullon has sold multiple houses for me in the past. There was no hesitation, to reach out and contact Ullon again. Ullon's professionalism is unmatched. He listened to the concerns that I had and immediately took action! Ullon greatly reduced my stress level, by keeping me informed every step of the way, ensuring a smooth process. Any questions I had, Ullon was only a phone call away! In addition to providing full marketing (e.g. color flyers, color brochures, SF Chronicle ads, e-Flyers to local agents in all local counties, professional photography, signage & flyer box, open houses with signs all over the city pointing to my house, etc.), Ullon recommended improvements to the house to prepare it for sale as well as offered precise details which would maintain and enhance the character of the home (e.g.removing carpet, adding luxury vinyl flooring and recommending the contractor who completed the work, and interior/ exterior painting) My property sold for $50K over the recommended list price relatively quickly! Ullon provided much needed information regarding key tax law changes (e.g. the change in property tax basis with the new proposition) and other reports required by gov't agencies prior to selling. Ullon greatly exceeded my expecations!

He's a serious Real Estate broker who has represented EXTREMELEY particular Sellers for years and years. I can't say enough good things about Ullon and his integrity in the business. Ullon Willis helped me through the purchase of my first home in the early 2000s and then helped again with the sale of that home. Most recently he helped me purchase another home this year and I can't say how grateful I am that he was there to walk me through the process. When we first began the home-purchasing journey, Ullon was able to help me clarify for myself the most important characteristics I needed in my new home. He asked many questions to make sure he knew what I wanted which helped me see for myself what was important to me in a home. He listened to me and trusted me when I would tell him I was interested in a home, but he also reminded me of my priorities I had initially indicated to him so I didn't make any mistakes. I almost made a huge mistake in buying a home that wouldn't have been right for me, and I credit Ullon with helping me avoid that mistake by reminding me of what I had initially said I wanted. He was constantly available for me when I wanted to make an offer on a property or if I had questions. Sometimes I would feel guilty because I was constantly texting him and calling him with questions about various properties. I would apologize after my texts and he would always assure me that I had nothing to apologize for, that I was making important and difficult decisions and he was there to help me through the process. I remember at one point during the process, he made a late-night offer on a home I was interested in while he was on vacation! He also helped me find a mortgage company that got me a great rate. He also made the process of making offers really easy. We were able to do almost everything online. I am thrilled with the home I ended up purchasing and I feel great about the price I paid for it. I have been going to Ullon for my real estate needs since the early 2000s and I will continue to go to him if I ever decide to sell or purchase a home again. He is professional and personable and my needs have always been his priority when we're working together. I can't recommend him highly enough and I would recommend him to all of my friends and loved ones.
