From the beginning they were nice. The process of becoming a resident was quick and smooth. They were very open and welcoming to giving me a tour. They took their time when showing me the different units and answered every question I had with clarity. They were also swift with the readying thr contract and helped me identify the documents that I needed. And once I moved in, their treatment got even better. They would sending out important emails to us residents to keep us upto date with things happening in the building. And when I had a concern or had a maintenance issue, they were very prompt in their reply of reasurance and fixing the maintenance issue. And most importantly, whenever I happen to see them in person or connect with them through email, phone, or text, they were always very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much California Pacific Realty team (Omar, Bob, Mo, Abbas,...) for being so helpful and nice to me and giving me a home. Thank you.🙂

I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartments are comfortable, spacious, and bright, making them a pleasant place to come home to. The management team is consistently supportive, and the property manager, John, is exceptionally responsive whenever assistance is needed. Highly recommend this community.

I worked with John on an apartment we were interested in. Since we are new to the Berkeley area, I called him many times—sometimes multiple times in a single day—with questions about various properties, amenities, fees, and processes. John always listened carefully and provided thoughtful, helpful advice. He is knowledgeable, honest, and patient, and most importantly, truly customer-centric.

Be careful about their yearly rent increase as they will offer you reasonable rent for first year without getting into long term lease and then onwards will increase rent by 10 per every year. Moreover while vacating the property they will charge you hefty deposit deduction. Looks that's how they run the renting model by getting the tenants and then exploiting them time and again through rent increase and maintenance charges on them. Strictly No for any referral or credibility.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at CA Pacific Realty. Last year when my rental had water damage and major renovations were due, they managed it all for me, ensuring my tenants were taken care of. So much so that my insurance company rep. said she had never seen any property manager deal as professionally as the team at CA Pacific Realty. This year, as I am selling my house, the team has been exceptional with the help, the professionalism, the response times and advice. I am a little sad that I am selling my house such that my time with CA Pacific Realty may be coming to an end but I can't praise them enough. You'd be in very good hands with this team.
