We were directly lied to so be careful about what they tell you. We asked them explicitly if they would try to reassign the contract and they said they don't do that unless there was fire damage and then they tried to reassign it without telling us. They also told us they wouldn't back out 2 days before closing which they did. Their communication was terrible, often never responding to phone calls or emails about basic questions. Maybe things are different in the Bay area but at least in the Los Angeles area you should not trust them.
