We had an outstanding experience working with Francine Biton and the entire L.34 Group team to sell our home. The process was much longer and more complex than a typical sale. We first had to wait over six months for our tenant to vacate the property, and then the house needed extensive repairs, updates, and refreshing before it was ready for market. Francine from L34 Group is an incredible agent. She is patient and kind and extremely knowledgeable. Our particular circumstances were tricky. We are new to the states and there were extra hurdles to jump through as buyers. She guided us every step of the way and helped us find the perfect home. We wanted a 12 day close and she had to do so much heavy lifting to make that possible, but never once made it feel like a burden. She was incredibly supportive throughout the inspection period, organizing vendors and offering insights on things we hadn't considered. Even now that the deal is done she continues to support us by recommending people from her network to help with repairs. We feel very lucky to have gotten to work with her. I'd recommend Francine to every one of my friends and family looking to buy or sell in east LA.
