We had an excellent experience working with Stephanie Singletary. She really encouraged us to "do our homework before buying", arranging for us to see comparable properties at different price points and in different conditions so we could understand the true value of our choice. What stood out most was when she arranged for a contractor to meet us and walk through the property we ended up purchasing. This gave us a critical opportunity to discuss potential future work and costs, which helped us think through our renovation timeline and budget. A comfort working with Stephanie Singletary was that her genuine care for the community is obvious. She's actively involved and clearly invested in the neighborhood and families that live here. She kept us informed throughout the process, offered solid advice, and showed real knowledge of the market. We cannot recommend Stephanie Singletary enough, and feel very fortunate to have worked with her.

Rose is a fantastic realtor and a huge pleasure to work with:) As a first time home-buyer, she walked me through every step of the process so I felt extremely prepared. The offer process goes so fast and can be a bit chaotic, so I was so lucky to have someone extremely reliable and timely. She goes the extra mile and then some to gather info and prepare a competitive offer. Ultimately we landed on a place she recommended, and I’m so happy! We met Sean Kincaid while walking our dog through our new neighborhood in Pasadena after losing our home in the Altadena fire. He was instantly so kind, friendly and pleasant. When he told us he was a real estate agent we knew he would be our guy! He did such a wonderful job helping us navigate the sale of our property in Altadena and is continuing to help us with finding our new home. Not only did we feel blessed to find him as an agent but also as a friend. He is one of those people you feel lucky to know. 🥰

Josh Perelson is truly the best. Our buying situation was very unique, and required more work and time than the average transaction. From start to finish, Josh was there every step of the way. He helped us find a home we love, without ever making us feel pressured or rushed.
