I first reached out to Lupe Merino via a quick google search of renovation companies in my area (high desert). I found his contact information and Lupe was quick to visit my house for a walk through for discussions on my wants and needs. Although my list was extremely long, remodel a bathroom, kitchen, all drywall in the house needed patching and repairs, painting etc. (my first starter house was far from perfect) Lupe suggested to perform the bathroom remodel first, if I liked their work and price then we can continue. I will say, without a doubt, his pricing is absolutely fair, their speed of work is exceptional, and the craftsmanship has been better than expected. My expectations are very particular and the result was exactly what I had envisioned. There was one minor change I requested after the work was completed and without hesitation, Lupe instructed his team to address, at no cost to me, and the bathroom was perfect. After the bathroom was completed, Lupe quoted the rest of the work which took 6 weeks to perform. This included repairing or replacing drywall, installing kitchen cabinets, painting the entire interior, and installing flooring. During which, there was damaged sub floor that was identified, I was notified, and it was replaced correctly and professionally. My house has doubled in value and has the quality of professional installations of appliances and supplies. Lupe and his team will be my contractor for any job at my house, big or small. Their interior work has been nothing short of exceptional and the exterior is coming soon. I’m happy to have found this company and look forward to our continued relationship.
