We worked with Brad Keyes and Keyes real-estate as first-time homebuyers, and he made what could have been a stressful process feel much more manageable. Brad was great at really listening to us. There were several times when we decided not to move forward on a property, and he never pushed back or tried to convince us otherwise. He respected our instincts and priorities, which we really appreciated. He was also very honest when walking through homes with us and pointed out things we would not have noticed on our own. Brad helped us a lot with due diligence, especially when it came to permits and understanding the details behind each property. That gave us a lot more confidence in the decisions we were making. We also were not sure where we wanted to end up at first, so we looked at homes all over the San Fernando Valley. Brad was patient throughout and helped us get a feel for different neighborhoods without rushing us. When it came time to make offers, he was thoughtful and strategic. He helped us put together strong, creative offers that actually gave us a chance in a competitive market. We also had a somewhat unique loan process, and he handled that smoothly and kept everything moving. Brad was always responsive and easy to get in touch with. He also helped us develop a clear process for evaluating homes so we could quickly rule out ones that were not a good fit, which saved us a lot of time. Overall, we felt like he was looking out for us the entire time. We would definitely recommend him, especially to other first-time buyers. I will be recommending Brad to my friends, colleagues, and family!

Josh has been incredible to work with. He helped me purchase my condo and a few years later helped me successfully rent it out. Throughout both experiences, he was extremely knowledgeable about the market and provided clear, thoughtful guidance every step of the way. What really sets Josh apart is how available and responsive he is. He consistently answers calls, responds quickly to texts, and makes you feel like a priority no matter how busy things get. That level of communication and reliability goes a long way, especially if you’re going through the process for the first time, whether buying or renting a property. I truly can’t say enough good things about working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great agent.

Where to even begin… We owe a lot to the Keyes team! We closed on a highly competitive home today, and beat out what I know to be some tempting offers to do so. As first-time buyers, we worried about getting stuck in a doom loop of always losing out to all cash offers (as we did with our first agent); but Brad and Josh put their real estate acumen on display, and really came to bat for us. Though I initially feared that our (by LA standards) modest budget would make us small potatoes to the Keyes team, this fear was quickly dispelled. They made us feel looked after and were responsive to us at every step of the process. Their knowledge and experience not only helped us secure a favorable rate (that we didn’t even know we were eligible for!), Brad’s legal background and active attorney license made us feel duly safeguarded throughout the entire buying process. Buying in LA can be a wild ride, and an emotional roller coaster. The Keyes team was amazing throughout. I can’t stress enough the number of times my husband and I said to each other, “Can you imagine going through this with anyone else??” Luckily, we won’t have to! This is our squad forever. Brad represented us on both the purchase of our beach home in Aptos and the sale of our home in Eagle Rock. What I really appreciate about Brad is that he is direct and takes full responsibility for the entire process. His buyer due diligence was second to none. As an attorney, he understood the process at a level I’ve never experienced with anyone else, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the purchase. He also helped us evaluate our financing options and secure the best deal possible. On the sale side, Brad went above and beyond. He made sure permits were properly finalized after issues left by our contractor and personally spearheaded the painting and prep of our home.
