As first time home buyers, we were in great hands with Oliver. He always had our best interest in mind, and provided guidance through the whole process. As a realtor, he has exceeded all my expectations and has truly proven himself as a remarkable professional in thefield. I am writing this review to express my utmost appreciation for Oliver’s outstanding work ethic, impeccable communication skills, professionalism, and commendable honesty throughout our real estate journey. Oliver and Team Thornton went above and beyond the high expectations for realtors in the demanding West LA area. We’d sold our home and were searching for nearly a year, when we were introduced to this amazing father and son dynamic pair. Despite having come up short in multiple bidding wars, Oliver was compassionate to our plight. We were exhausted and desperate and living in limbo with our young children. Yet, he never advised us to settle due to the lack of inventory in the market. Oliver left no stone unturned, knocking on doors, sending mailers and cold calling, making every attempt to secure us our dream home. He persistently uncovered pocket listings (where there were none), never losing sight of our long list of requirements (and there were many). His father, RC, was truly one of the most down-to-earth people we met in the real estate industry -- And we had met many in our incredibly long search. RC was always supportive of our requests, professionally addressed our concerns, and most importantly, provided a rational sounding board throughout our emotionally distressing search. After working closely with them for 4 months, meeting day after day, including weekends, we were finally in escrow! We were relieved to finally come out on top in another stressful multiple offer situation. It's now been a year since our last open house visit, and we are elated to be settled in our dream home. As we reflect back on the past 2 years, we are truly grateful for all the efforts and professionalism from both Oliver and RC.
