Great shortcut from the metro station 🚉 to central plaza . So many options to get to all Chinatown has to offer . There’s plenty of new apartments buildings to offer living options . The metro stop is super convenient and a very walkable neighborhood. It’s getting even more denser so plenty of new developments all over the Chinatown district. Centrally located with Union station not being too far .

I recently toured Blossom Plaza and wanted to take a moment to recognize Tamia from the leasing team. Even though the property ended up being slightly over my budget and I chose to lease elsewhere, my experience with her truly stood out. Tamia was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire tour. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable exploring all of the options available. What impressed me most was her genuine attitude—she wasn’t pushy at all and really seemed to care about helping me find the right fit, even if it meant it might not be at Blossom Plaza. It’s rare to come across someone so professional and personable in the leasing process. Tamia made a lasting impression, and I would absolutely recommend asking for her if you’re considering Blossom Plaza.

We’ve lived in Blossom Plaza for over 3 years and loving it. The management and all staff is definitely one of the main reasons we chose Blossom Plaza every year over and over again. Recently, Jonathan from maintenance helped us with our kitchen sink issue and went above and beyond to solve it and fix couple other little things that were not even part of the issue. Not to mention that he came first thing in the morning after submitting maintenance request late night the day prior. Any problem/ concern that we may have had- every time we got a proper solution in timely manner. Great communication and experience every time!

I had an outstanding experience here and felt it was worth taking a moment to share. From the moment I walked in, everything was handled with a level of care and attention that’s honestly hard to find these days. The atmosphere was welcoming and thoughtfully put together, which immediately set the tone. What really stood out to me was the level of service. Stephen was not only professional, but genuinely attentive and kind he made sure everything was just right without ever making it feel forced or scripted. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. The quality of the experience itself exceeded my expectations. Every detail, from start to finish, felt intentional and well-executed. It’s clear that this place values consistency and customer satisfaction at a high level. I left feeling impressed and genuinely glad I chose to come here. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality experience, and I’ll definitely be returning.

I’ve been living here for almost a year and so far, I’ve enjoyed it. I enjoy that it’s 1) Adjacent to a Metro station 2) Near LA State Historic Park 3) There’s security making rounds throughout the day 4) The staff is friendly 5) Parking is gated 6) I really appreciate that the maintenance staff addresses issues very quickly. Today, I made a request to fix an issue in the master restroom and less than 30 min, Jonathan was at my door ready to fix it. He assessed the situation and fixed it in less than an hour.
