QLJ a month agoThis company is 100% UNETHICAL, IMMORAL and has less than zero integrity. One of their agents, Traci VanCamp, has recommended that their clients, who are personal friends, stop paying their mortgage and become squatters which impacts every other mortgagee who is responsible and pays their bills on time as rates increase to cover the loss of these type of irresponsible individuals. This agent knows how to circumvent laws so the client is protected and not mandated to fulfill their legal obligation while living In the property mortgage free for many months. Your agent/broker has broken several laws by practicing this corruption and should be terminated immediately. I would never hire or recommend anyone list or lease from this company. Read the reviews which are mainly one star.
Rory J a year agoThe Dunbar team was great to work with. Easy communication, when something broke, they were on it. I had to move out before my lease was up because of military orders and they were completely understanding. The move out fees do add up though because you're required to have the place professionally cleaned, carpet, fireplace, and gutters serviced. However, this does pretty much ensure most of your security deposit back and a good experience for the incoming tenants.
Allison Collins 11 months agoWe had a realtor help us find a house to rent when we were new to the area. The house was managed by Remax doll team. They were always attentive and prompt with any needs we had. It was a pleasure renting from them.
Joey Schrier a year agoI recently sold my home, due to a separation, and had to find a rental property. I needed to find something in the same area, in order to keep my son in the same school zone. I read all of the reviews ahead of time but, time was running out and I needed to find something quickly. So far my experience, has been dead on with all of the negative reviews. My property manager was extremely proactive when it came to getting everything signed and getting the money but, when I submitted my inspection form (with a bunch of issues), everything went silent. After multiple emails and texts, I finally got a call saying "my handyman is backed up, so it may be a little bit"... that was almost 2 weeks ago. My property manager also said they were going to do things, such as paint the deck and pressure wash everything, which is obviously not going to happen, and I really don't even care about that. The house that I moved into is old and some of it was updated but, a lot of it is worn and aged. Old beat up carpeting, walls/trim/moldings/doors worn and scratched, etc. I was very detailed in my inspection and took videos of everything, so I'm hoping that I don't have to deal with the nonsense of paying for things that were existing, when I move out. I don't know why this process has to be so difficult. I move in, they address what needs to be done, I pay my rent on time and everyone is happy. Seems like a simple equation to me.
Love Lee a year agoRunnn!! This was the worst 2 years renting from this company. We rented this place due to the school zone and area. T I and her crew are the worst the place was old and out dated and anytime we needed some fixed HA! They barely fixed it. We were told after 2 years of Never being late on rent EVER! that we could not re new which was Fine we were over the place and had paid deposit to move elsewhere. But the amount of things they racked up to keep the security deposit was crazy. We cleaned the house and got the carpets cleaned. Never!! Used the chimney but guess wat we were charged for a cleaning also was charged for Tree removal HA! Really we moved in the place the trees were there and yall want us to remove them Please! Again stay away from these company.
