Logan is an exceptional realtor! This is our 2nd time using her. This time around she helped sell our house quickly and efficiently but also helped us with the purchase of our new house. This was a very stressful process as the seller was filing for bankruptcy and there were many hurdles that kept popping up throughout the closing period. Stef Freemen epitomizes customer services. Quite frankly we lost count of how many times she went above and beyond for us. We did a move within the VA Beach area and Stef guided us on both the selling and purchasing side. At every turn, we felt Stef had our best interest in mind. She listened, never pushed, and always followed through on her promises. ALWAYS. What stood out the most was her optimism, creativity, and determination to make deals work at both ends of our real estate process. Logan is amazing! With her help, I was able to renovate and sell my property within 30 days - all the way from the other side of the country! I had serious buyers bidding for my place the day after my first and only open house. She made selling a house feel easy!
