I've rented a home managed by Leland Goldman for the past 2.5 years, and I've had nothing but excellent experiences with them. They have always been polite, prompt, and professional. Their online portal makes it easy to request maintenance, and maintenance is done is a timely manner with good communication throughout the process. This the the first time I've rented after owning a home for 27 years, and if I ever own a property that needs a management company, I'd definitely reach out to them.

Leland Goldman Real Estate has managed both of my rental properties and I would recommend them to friends and family. They truly are a full service management company who has consistently found me reliable tenants and taken care of any issues with the property in a timely manner. Plus! I have been living out of the state for the past two years and I have to say the single best decision I made was trusting Leland Goldman Real Estate to be my property managers. Adrienne and her team of managers are truly one of a kind. They are always very responsive and any problems that come up, they have immediate solutions that take the burden and stress off the owner. They have quickly been able to provide consistent renters without a lapse in rent and have been keeping my property looking as nice as it did the day I bought it. Leland Goldman Real Estate has been our property manager as a renter for 5 years now. Always very responsive to any maintenance issues. They are also proactive in reaching out to ensure you can give proper notice to move out or resign a lease(where as many companies hope you forget and hit you with a fee). 10/10 recommend them as a property manager whether you a tenant or someone renting your property.
