My partner and I found a house to rent that we really liked, and I promptly called and left a message for Stephen requesting to tour the property. I never received a phone call back. The only way we were able to tour the property was through another realtor. During the application process, my partner had a question about something on the app. He called and left a message for Stephen; again no return phone call. Matter of fact, we never got any kind of communication from anyone unless it was through our realtor, including our rejection. Now, it seems like a blessing in disguise, because I highly doubt they would have been more responsible to us as tenants. Except then, we’d be on the hook for $2200 a month. To top it all off, even though they have selected a tenant for the property in which we were interested, they still have a “for rent” sign up at the property. Kind of gives greedy vibes. If you are looking for a company that is responsive, prompt, and honest in their communication, this isn’t the company for you. If you choose to work with this company, good luck…

Finding a Real Estate company is very hard. I had received flyers and offers from many realtors. Scott Westfall and his wife Lillie sent us their flyer. I had thrown away all the other flyers and I kept the flyer from Broadsight Realtors.. I could not have made a better choice. Both Scott and his wife Lillie is two of the most nicest, professional individuals.and family oriented. I could not have chosen a better team to work with, not to mention, I have acquired two amazing new friends Thank you so very much Scott and Lillie

If you need a dependable and trustworthy property manager then I highly recommend Stephen with Broadsight. This year was the first time I rented my property out because I moved out of state. Stephen made the process very easy and found great tenants in a short time. Stephen is very responsive to tenants and owners for any question or issue. I’m really impressed with my experience so far and look forward to working with Stephen/Broadsight for future rentals.
