Stayed at 10 Ocean Unit E. The place was spectacular and just like the pictures showed. Spacious and plenty of room for everyone. Rooftop was wonderful for early mornings and relaxing after the day. Atkinson was great. They called the morning of our stay to let us know that the unit would be ready earlier than the normal check-in time. One small issue arose during the stay and they were very attentive and open to taking care of the issue. Would definitely recommend 10 Ocean and would consider staying there again.

Stayed at 10/Ocean unit E. Atkinson provided wonderful service. Called us day of arrival to let us know unit would be available earlier than check in. Fabulous place. Exactly as pictures showed. Close to beach with view from rooftop.

Working with Atkinson Realty went very smoothly during our recent vacation rental at 'Shoot the Breeze' in North Virginia Beach. My only suggestion would be to find a way so that check-in does not require a trip to their office. After renting from places that have a timed lock, having to go to an office to pickup paperwork (and in this case a key to the storage unit, which could just be left in the unit.) seems out dated.

Sorry for the delay in giving feedback on our stay. We greatly enjoyed our family beach visit and accommodations were just about tailor-made for what we needed. The location was great. The kitchen was fresh and well laid out. In fact, the second floor was well set as a common meeting and hangout area. The parking arrangements with the garage and parking passes worked out great for the three cars we traveled in. The bed rooms were nice sizes for a beach house. We were able to assign the ground floor suite to my toddler grandson and his parents. That worked out really well. Only minor negatives as follows: 1. We thought the cleaning prep of the place could have been a little better. 2. We would have a like little more in the way of paper products, soap and maybe trash bags. 3. There seems to be a need for more trash bens or cans behand the house. They were already fairly full when we were cleaning out. 4. The King size bed in the front room of the upper floor seem to be sunken on the left side viewing from the foot of the bed. 5. The chains for adjusting the ceiling fans speed were too short for some people to reach. As I say, we consider these issues fairly minor and would rent again at some future date.

I had been wanting to stay at Shoot the Breeze for quite some time and I finally was able to book my vacation there. It was the perfect location and the home was outstanding, comfortable, and welcoming. I had a few questions for Atkinson and they were more than helpful and accomodating. I can't wait to stay there again.
