I lived here for a little over 4 years. The community is EVERYTHING here!! Just all around good people. Rooftop views are amazing, nice pool, property managers are always doing some event for the community there. The maintenance team Steve and Travis are freaking awesome they are friendly, trustworthy and quick in response...and did I mention easy on the eyes‼️🎯🤩 Liz is hands down the BEST freaking housekeeper ever, with the best ,most helpful personality!! Please Don't EVER LOSE LIZ🎯💯Jennifer is amazing, thoughtful and helpful,kind and a great attitude!! Eric is amazing, kind and friendly! I've recently met BJ but he has been nothing short of awesome, kind, and helpful I'm really gonna miss living here.

After moving to Aqua from another state 5 years ago (without ever seeing the place I might add), I could write all about the rooftop with grills and overlook of the waterfront, the gym, the pool, the clubhouse, the building events, etc.; the typically decent neighbors and their fur babies; the closeness to the beach, shopping, restaurants, bars, and activities; or the fabulous sunset I have every night from my balcony, but… I want to take this opportunity to tell you about "Steve." Steve is the main maintenance person here at Aqua whom I have interacted with, not only when I have or notice a maintenance need, but also at events and in general areas of the building. He is not only extremely timely with responding to any maintenance requests, but he is also personable, comes with a smile, a good sense of humor, a positive attitude, and does everything in his power to make sure you are satisfied with the results of his work. He is friendly, whether on a work related interaction, at the events, or out in the general areas, all while remaining professional and courteous, and is mindful when I need him of my work from home job. Steve, in my opinion, is top tier. If you are a single person and/or if you have ever rented a place to live - you know this all means a lot!!!

Had such an amazing experience with BJ from the leasing office. We showed up without an appointment and he took time out of his busy schedule anyways to show us around to the great amenities as well as a model unit. He was extremely gracious and did not make us feel like an inconvenience at all. And in the end, we were able to secure our dream unit the same day. So happy!

Living here has truly been such a positive experience, and that’s entirely because of the incredible people who work here. The staff isn’t just doing a job — they genuinely care, and you can feel that every day. Steve and Travis on the maintenance team are simply amazing. They are responsive, respectful, and unbelievably fast. I once put in a service request at 1:00 AM thinking it would be considered a routine ticket since it wasn’t summer, and Steve responded almost instantly — it honestly felt like I had just hit send and immediately heard back. That’s how dependable they are. They go so far above and beyond that I actually have to think about when I submit a ticket because if it’s an urgent matter it doesn’t matter that time of day- they WILL respond. Over time, we’ve built real trust with them. They make us feel comfortable, listened to, and taken care of — and that kind of trust is everything when it comes to your home. I also have to give heartfelt recognition to Ms. Liz from housekeeping. She is such a bright and kind presence every morning. She truly knows the residents, takes incredible pride in caring for the community, and makes this place feel clean, welcoming, and personal. Talking with her always starts the day on a positive note. Because of people like Steve, Travis, and Ms. Liz, this doesn’t feel like just an apartment complex — it feels like a safe, cared-for community. We truly trust the staff here, and that peace of mind means more than anything. We’re so grateful to live here and highly recommend it.

I have been living at Aqua on 25th for over a year now. The apartment and all of the amenities are great. I have to say that the maintenance staff, Steve Roldan and Travis Horst are the best! They respond to maintenance requests in a very swift manner. They have also assisted me over the past year with tasks around my apartment that I could not do by myself. For example, they have helped me by carrying oversized delivery boxes to my apartment and putting furniture together for me. They both have such pleasant dispositions and are always happy to help.
