One of Best Airbnb Stays and experiences I've had. The place is Really nice, has every amenity you could think of. I was able to relax, be entertained, get work done, amd wash my clothes. We were greeted with a gift. Hosting was top tier. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend! ❤️

We stayed on the 4th floor unit located on 12th Street. Phenomenal location in the heart of the resort area. A true gem and decorated beautifully. Very very clean and the beds are super comfortable. This is a must stay and trust me you will want to return. Anchor is awesome to work with.

We stayed at the Bahama Breeze for 7 days. We had 7 people in our group (including 3 children and a baby). The condo had plenty of space for everyone. Came with linens and toilet paper but we needed to go by laundry soap (facilities on site), dish soap, paper towels, and all toiletries. Beach was located across the street (5 minute walk) but you have to cross a pretty busy 4 lane street. The beach was very nice and not as crowded as the main strip of VB. The Wyndham is across the street as well so we used the beach shower there and then rinsed off with the garden hose once we got back to the condo. We were traveling with 8 month old and temp were in the 90s so my mom often sat at the Wyndham and watched the older kids from a distance. All and all we enjoyed the condo very much. The price was right and it had the amenities and space that we needed with 4 small children. The condo does need updating (reminded me of college rental houses). We bought all our beach toys at the Dollar General (5 min drive) and umbrella for $10 at Walmart (5 min drive). I recommend this condo for large families and families with children! You get the bang! for your buck! I would return if we visit Virginia Beach again. #SawDolphins #FoundSeaShells

The apartment we rented for the weekend was great. The neighbors were all super friendly and helpful. The pool was super clean and our kids enjoyed it. There was space in the back for the kids to play while we enjoyed the the bbq set up. We were welcomed by a little welcome bag that was prepared, fresh towels and fully stocked spice cabinet (which came in super handy for our BBQ!) 10/10 would 100% use Anchor Realty for our future vacation bookings.

We have been staying here for 10 years now and, sadly, this may be the last. The house is in need of a lot of updating and is starting to look run down/dilapidated in places. The kitchen didn’t feel well maintained and didn’t appear to have been wiped down before we arrived. It was also infested with ants. The counters had sticky spills on them and likewise on the cabinets surrounding the island (looked like they hadn’t had a good wipe down in years). The swimming pool has been a major pull for our family but this year it felt a bit dirty and I need of maintenance. We noticed the neighbor’s pool had a vacuum running and this would have been nice. The decking needs to be addressed. There were stray nails/screws jutting out in places, the floorboards were rotted and it didn’t feel safe to walk barefoot, and there were large chunks of wood falling off of the decking above the pool area. The deck off the main level has a serious sag that doesn’t feel safe, and the outdoor outlet cover was broken off. The WiFi was spotty all week and we therefore didn’t have television, and we were unable to get hot water in the private upstairs shower (which hasn’t been updated since we started staying there 10 years ago, despite what the listing states). We probably won’t be staying here again, which is sad because the house has good bones and is a great distance to the beach in a great neighborhood. It is starting to feel a bit like a landlord’s special.
